Footnote

Aldous Huxley is a world renowned author that is for the most part miss-understood by the majority of readers. In "The Doors of Perception" Huxley talks about his hallucinogenic trips while on a number of different drugs but mainly a drug called Mescaline. He would later proceed to write about these trips and would openly tell his readers how he taught we should all have a "Chemical vacation." These "chemical vacations" altered Huxleys thinking, it made him more creative, and gave him a different view on life. Even though i do not agree with Huxley he felt very strongly about his "chemical vacations" saying that through these drugs people could connect more with there spiritual life within themselves.

Abstract.

People who drive fast sprots cars have a longer life-span then those who dont. During a 30 year period we studied the life-span of individuals who drove sports cars and compared there life-span to those who drove average cars. Those who drove sports cars such as Lamborghinis, Vipers, or Ferrari tended to live longer and more fun lives. We believe this is due to the fact that because of the heart pounding speeds reached in these cars the drivers over time developed a stronger cardio system.

Cubism

Cubism is probably one of the most neglected art forms covered by an author. Cubism is a type of art that is thought to have orignated from Europe sometime in the 20th century. The two main creators of Cubism are Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso. Cubism is an important art form because during this movement many major changes where made to way artist both painted and sculpted. What is misunderstood about Cubism is that theres more to it then just drawing symetrical shapes. With cubism an artist is able to change the length and width of the shapes walls to play with the depth and make it look three dimensional.
